The Hollow Floors 1 and 2: The Other Hub Puzzles
The Hollow hub's other floors alongside Floor 3 — Floor 1's puzzle pieces and Floor 2's Witches Brew Nado, how the floor structure works, and where the Demonology floor fits.
The Hollow's central hub is a haunted movie theater that descends floor by floor, each floor pairing a monster with a puzzle and a reward. Floor 3 — the Demonology floor this site covers — sits in a sequence. Here is the context around it.
The Floor Structure
The hub's floors are self-contained challenge layers: take the elevator down, survive the floor's monster, solve its puzzle, collect its relic, ride back. The layout rerandomizes every restart, so each descent is a fresh maze — the constant is the structure (monster + puzzle + relic + elevator), not the map. Day rotation matters too: the event unlocks content day by day (Day 1 and Day 2 floors, then the Day 3 Demonology era), which is why Floor 3's puzzle spiked search interest when it went live.
Floor 1: The Puzzle Pieces
Floor 1's challenge centers on collecting puzzle pieces scattered through its maze — the community guides (TechWiser's Floor 1 coverage) walk the piece locations and the assembly that follows. It is the introduction layer: the same wall-hugging maze discipline Floor 3 demands, with a lighter monster threat.
Floor 2: The Witches Brew Nado
Floor 2 pairs its maze with the Witches Brew Nado puzzle — a brew-and-weather themed challenge (again per the community walkthroughs) with its own relic and reward conversion. Mechanically it is the bridge to Floor 3's complexity: same structure, sharper monster pressure.
Where Floor 3 Fits — and Why It Spiked
Floor 3 is where the sequence's difficulty and reward both step up: the Biter's maze, the randomized gravestone math, and the Festering Felix UGC at the end. It is also the floor that broke people — the Grave Lock's "three youngest at death" rule sent players searching, which is exactly why this site exists. The full Floor 3 solution is the companion piece to this overview.
Running the Floors Efficiently
The efficient event loop: descend one floor per session with the maze rules already loaded (they transfer across floors), solve, bank the relic, and move on. Completionists should expect rerandomization to add time — every restart is a new maze — but the puzzle methods are stable, so once each floor's rule is understood, the whole tower falls in order.
